CaptainToad. What to say about him? He's very dramatic. Definitely has taken the 'Hermit' thing a bit to seriously. I can't fault him, the way Early talks about the "Supreme Benefits of Solitude." But Early also spends a lot of time with- I'm going to stop right here in case she reads this. Solitude is just dandy!

Captain is on a steady trajectory of becoming our prime ghost wrangler. He's getting quite a talent for detecting and communicating with the things. It turns out a lot of ineffable incorporeal beings show up in the Starfall Isles so by all means we need someone to clean them up. And the more steadfast hermity dragons tend to enjoy the company, even if the company spends all of its time wailing. To each their own, I say.
