ARKAY is absolutely a weapon and probably more accurately referred to as a robot, though it seems to enjoy the assumption that it is actually a mecha

either coded with a digital personality by unknown creators or developed one on its own. it’s far more individualistic than most attempts at digital personality coding and capable of making decisions on its own, seeming to follow a program only knowable to itself. it’s very much reclusive and spends more time with humanity than it does near testing sites or other mechas- though there were reports of a sighting near the BLIZZARD models at the time of their reveal.

no one seems to know it’s purpose or what it can actually do. known abilities:
-it CAN shoot laser beams out of its mouth
-suddenly develop two pairs of mechanical wings (one of them like angel blades)
-summon a sword and a skateboard respectively out of thin air. can also ride the skateboard on... air
-hack wifi (it usually uses that last one to run a vlogging youtube, upload classified government documents directly to public twitter through burner accounts and distributed through probably more burner accounts of its own, and blast vocaloid)
