Radiance

Somehow the soccer mom, head of the PTA, hosts-all-the-book-clubs sort of dragon, even though she has no children. She just loves to be involved and knows how to socialize among the best of them. She considers herself the closest thing the Empress could have to a best friend, if a queen could ever truly have such a thing. Is really more useful as an ear on the ground of happenings in the court, as she has an eye (and mouth) for gossip.

Unlike Firenze, she comes from a wealthy and powerful noble family and does not need to be bribed to divulge her secrets. And unlike Firenze, since she is so loud about her gossip habits and so very indiscreet, she is much less likely to have useful or accurate information. Nonetheless, Radiance knows how to fill a room, and you really can't help but be overwhelmed by her presence.
