Biography

“He’s born to be a warrior” Maroux had heard these words so often during his childhood he almost began to believe in them. And for a while he even did, but while a powerful fighter Maroux had many burning passions, and after watching his grandfather bake he went from a bright fighter to one that refused to do anything but bake.

His family expected him to grow out of the baking-phase therefore never bothering to train him, his grandfather sadly passed shortly after and was not able to teach him much. Instead Maroux was forced to almost secretly try to learn baking, it was incredibly difficult in the beginning and he still struggles to this day.

In his late teens did his family finally start thinking his baking phase might not be a phase after all. And in the few years they had left they taught him quite a lot, sadly after becoming an adult like most male dragons do Maroux set out on his own to find a new place to call home.

During his many years out in the wild Maroux didn’t stop learning, he used new plants. New different kinds of food, he even met a traveler that gave him some of the most powerful baking ingredients out there; sugar and griffon eggs. Even if he accidentally burnt the first batch, Maroux made delicious fire cakes afterwards and after sharing it to a nearby clan he quickly got invited.

He got very close to a few dragons that seemed to accept him for who he was, most expected Maroux to be some kind of warrior mostly due to his large size or incredible fire power, but all he seemed to do was bake. While accepted he became a bit of a clan oddity, Maroux doesn’t mind though. He has all the friends and family he needs to keep his passion burning, literally.
