Finch was found as a young Obelisk out below the earth in one of the various old mining tunnels by one of the head scout's, Cyn. She was just barely hatched and seemingly abandoned, pretending to be a statue as well as getting into mischief fooling any young and curious critters who wanted to check out a place untouched for decades.

Bringing her home, she was raised by Cyn and Heed alongside a few other members of the marketplace. Growing up, Finch had quite an obsession with learning how to protect and defend her home and a certain Fae's diligence in the same goal fascinated her.

Though in learning the methods, how to wield weapons as well as protect her home she found a new affection for blacksmithing. As much as her job includes various patrol work, she's currently set up a small smithy store in the marketplace to call her own!
