Tetsui was the Plague rep for many years. He joined the clan shortly after it was found and has been with it in the highs and lows. He expected a lot of things, but he never expected to find love. The Skydancer fell in love with a Fae, but the love was never returned. The fae used Tetsui to get what she wanted. Recently she was forced into a cell, not allowed to leave until they can figure out how to control her. Tetsui doesn't know what to do anymore, so he's decided to step down and let a stronger dragon take over the job.
