Cicero

Sister to Rexus. Cicero is an apprentice alchemist and occasional bard who has not been serious a day in her life. Her hobbies include: Pranks, annoying Antimony, purposefullu antagonizing anyone she deems worthy of it, making potions that explode into vibrant colors, and going on adventures with her much quieter twin brother and fellow Nocturne, Camellia. In fact, she seems to be the only dragon capable of understanding Rexus' mumbling and Camellia's rambling. She's keenly aware of others' body language and behavior to an almost frightening degree. It's a good thing she only uses her power of observation for minor tomfoolery and mischief.

Cicero and Rexus appeared near the Moon Array one winter, not even a day after hatching. Clan Murklight took them in, no questions asked, and the twins decided to stay. They have no interest in discovering the secrets of their origins as, in the words of Cicero, it would be 'too much of a hassle'.
