Graphite

Graphite is a big ol' gal who's exterior may be rather off-putting to most, but on the inside, she's a big sweetie with a heart of gold.
How she was found and brought into this lovely little kingdom is,, a long story. She used to be this old, damaged Snapper statue in an equally as old and damaged temple that Soren, the local Fae sorcerer, used to practice his magic on when he was a young hatchling and first discovered his powers. His spells usually went haywire, due to him being so young and inexperienced, and it eventually ended up in a certain statue becoming sentient.
Due to her high pain tolerance, since she's made out of pure rock, as well as her own magical properties given to her by Soren's original spell, or just her association with the powerful Fae dragon in general, she was chosen to become one of the many Higher-Ups alongside her little friend. Together, they would practice healing magic, as neither of them really enjoy the 'fighting' aspect of being a Higher-Up, and grew an almost mother and son-like bond.
