B I O G R A P H Y

His whole life, Verdant was told “Never trust anybody. Everyone is your enemy.”
And he believed it. He grew up in a strict clan, filled with assassins. There was barely any happiness, or joy. Everyone was always in an argument or at each others throats. His clan leader seemed to hate him, kicking him to the side when he was a hatchling.

The only person who ever seemed to love him was his mother. She was the sweetest, gentlest dragon in the entire world. She cared deeply for Verdant and his siblings. He seemed to be the favorite child by his mother, because they would spend the most time together.

Verdant’s dad was a strict dragon, very uptight and powerful. He was deemed as the clans second greatest assassin, apart from the clan leader. His father always told him he would be an assassin one day like the rest of his family, but he didn’t want to be an assassin.

Verdant liked writing and reading much better. He would spend times in libraries reading and reading almost all day. His father would often go to the library and have to drag him out by his tail to get him to train to be an assassin.

B I O G R A P H Y

When Verdant was an adult dragon, he had been properly trained in being an assassin. He was the 4th rank in his clan, And highly respected amongst the clan. He often felt like he didn’t deserve his spot, and decided to leave his clan.

He ventured out beyond his old clan and stopped at a few different ones until he stumbled upon the LeafyBreezer’s clan, where he met Lapis. The second he saw her, it was almost like love at first sight. He knew she didn’t like him, but he kept trying to win her over.

Eventually he succeeded, and she agreed to be her mate. They told each other about what they liked and who they wanted to be, and he knew she had wanted a clan her whole life, and so he decided to help her make one.

Verdant settled peacefully into his clan and has sworn to protect his tribe mates with his life. Everyone there seems to get along together and he enjoys it in Starbloom. He has told Lapis multiple times that Starbloom will be the clan he dies in.
