(He/him) Salfarix preforms a vital duty for Nam Huattam in the reading of wind and weather, which factors into the temple's complicated seasonal shift in sacred rites- as well as the more traditional trade route and horticultural planning. It's possible that his necessary role has encouraged his already flamboyant and overconfident nature. Salfarix makes up for it, though, with his endless charm and generally friendly demeanor. He at least means well, no matter what terrible ideas are generated in the process.
