Personality:
Dry and sarcastic in front of most people, he is rather reserved and prefers to save his energy for when he needs it. When going out and donning his mask as Vasily's evil sidekick, however, he puts his all into being the flamboyant and dramatic icon that he is. He's very possessive and insecure, sometimes working himself to the bone for a scrap of acknowledgment just to know that he's better than all the other minions that work for the Doctor, that he's irreplacable. Because of this, it's well known among the minions that you shouldn't show any strong interest in the Doctor or his inventions, because you'll most likely find yourself jealously cut to pieces and buried in the hot desert sand to be forgotten to time.

Viciously loyal, he'll take major offense to any insinuation that being evil is not for him, or that he can change and be a better person. For him, serving Vasily is a dream come true. He loves the excitement that being a villain brings, and takes personal pleasure in being the most trusted person for, in his eyes, the only dragon that deserves his respect. They're honestly a little unhealthily codependent... enough that some of the minions have started theorizing whether or not there's something else going on between the two besides just platonic possessiveness.

History:
He lived in a clan near the Pillar of the World for quite a while before arriving in Chasm Peak, following in the footsteps of his beloved boss. After discovering ancient technological ruins buried under the sands, the two set up base nearby and utilized the new tech to create a robot army. He handles most of the background affairs of running an evil lair such as training newly hired minions to not be annoying, fixing and troubleshooting broken bots, and keeping things clean and tidy. It may seem like the job of a secretary, or perhaps a maid, but Lev takes pride in what he does, reckoning that nothing would run as smoothly as it does if he wasn't there.
