They sounded the alarm and Vision was toast. The clan had very strict rules about summoning otherworldly beings and he was spared only because of his bloodline. Vision hung his head and sighed. He had known this day would come and he... had actually been planning this all along? The little sneak!! For starters, he's been living a double life as far as he could remember. Those spirits were sort of his guardians and mentors all rolled into one since he was apparently chosen by one of the deities lost long, long ago. A god of time and fate so old even he barely remembers his own name. but he has knowledge and power and he bestows it to a hungry Vision who was desperate to make his mark on the world and so he had planned his escape and even found a new clan to resume his studies in. However, he was not expecting to have to fight his way in.. and to stay in, he would have to do so many unsavory... tasks. He was so close to giving up. But at the words of said god, he kept going.

Gem as always, there to the rescue. She'll nurse him back to health and give him a second chance - to prove his god and so many others wrong. he will survive. he is a warrior in his own right. he embraces his identity and hers as well. becomes her equal. his snakes remain, whispering faint voices of wisdom he can call at any time of day. Uno very fine day, he'd finished another of Gem's missions and decided to treat himself to a nice afternoon tea - his new obsession - and managed to track down a humble little teahouse in spite of the unfamiliar surroundings. As soon as he was about to march himself inside and spend some quality time with his rooibos he bumped into something. Or rather.. someone. His name was Xian and he had the most dazzling cerulean eyes.. but he couldn't have him know just yet! After all, they'd just met... and found out they'd both shared a passion for cultivating, and tea, and each have little pets, love the color red... Oh dear. Vision was in trouble. Because he is falling head over heels so quickly for this Coatl he'd just met. What a very lucky Spiral he was, he mused to himself as he somehow found himself on a second, and then a third, and then a twentieth-and-still-counting date... with his Xian.
