"Why should songs be only for those who have done great deeds, whose tales are immortalized enough already?"

The tales she sings of are not often appreciated by others. Her ballads are often to the unsung heroes or forgotten dragons. Of those whose contributions to the world are not as recognized. Sometimes simply of tales of everyday dragons. Though her songs are great and her voice admirable, it is just too hard to gain renown when one sings of lesser known dragons. Eventually she gave up on trying to please great crowds and contented herself with singing for her own enjoyment.

One day, she crossed paths with a Wildclaw whose hide seemed to shine like the stars themselves, but the same could not be said for the lifeless look in his eyes. He had asked her if she wanted anyone out of her life, permanently. She had never met a hitman before, but she was not at all unnerved and instead went about questioning him on his life. It was not long before the two became close, and the Wildclaw retired from his life to settle down with her. Even offering a small book lined with names.

Thus began her new project of weaving tales from those who have died to her mate's claws. Is that not a storyteller's greatest skill? Creating tales even when the only information one has is a name they can use for the protagonist. 		frplague_sidebar_long_by_littlefiredragon-dbjxzcx.png
