NAME
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

"In psychology, dissociation is any of a wide array of experiences from mild detachment from immediate surroundings to more severe detachment from physical and emotional experience. The major characteristic of all dissociative phenomena involves a detachment from reality, rather than a loss of reality as in psychosis.

Dissociation is commonly displayed on a continuum. In mild cases, dissociation can be regarded as a coping mechanism or defense mechanisms in seeking to master, minimize or tolerate stress – including boredom or conflict. At the nonpathological end of the continuum, dissociation describes common events such as daydreaming while driving a vehicle. Further along the continuum are non-pathological altered states of consciousness."

STORY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Fear, growling screams and chaos is what she remembers. Almost trampled, she lied there, covering herself under her wings, wishing for all this to go away. These beasts, these monsters had attacked her clan again. She didn't feel the time passing by. But at some point she realized there was no sound anymore, just her faint breathing and the cold breeze around her, rustling through the wind. When she lifted her wings the true terror of what had happened arrived. Everyone was eliminated. Nobody was left. And it was impossible to tell if her parents made it out alive, because the soil was soaked in red goo and all the bodies seemed to have lost their former shapes. Nothing was recognizable anymore. Deaf and numb, blind and forsaken she wandered away from this mess, this prevented future that was not going to happen anymore. But there was no point actually. She just wanted to get as much space in between that and herself as possible. There was no destination. At some point she must have lost conciousness due to no food or water, no reason to keep herself actively alive. Eventually she was picked up by a lone traveller, who happened to stumble upon her. He nurtured her and took care of her. They didn't talk much.

He was always very mysterious and would leave her behind in the temporary camp during the day. She didn't mind. She didn't care about anything anyway.

One day though, she found out what he was doing. He was hunting those monsters.
Realizing that, a spark came alive in her again.

He wasn't pleased that she found out because she begged him to train her, and in the end, he did, he had too. They were constantly under threat and he didn't know a place that was safe or good enough for her to stay. And she couldn't stay anywhere calm anyhow.

So she became a monster hunter. And when the old man died, she had already her own legacy going on. She was providing shelter and training to young orphans so they were able to defend themselves. One of her most known students is Orsimer, who happened to start his legend quite early due to the tragic loss of his parents.

In the recent time she has withdrawn herself from the profession though, because she had to admit her failing to protect some of her young and promising students who left their lifes to fight the neverending hordes of beasts that lured in the darkness.

She is hunted by her losses and... needs rest.

This G1 was bought to replace an existing and beloved G+. That's why the art is slightly different now than the dragon. Bought this G1 for 1200g (SD - Savannah/Bee/Stained). Added Crystal, applied a WC Scroll & used a Vial of Soft Sight 05/17/2021.
