VANTA
|
King Vanta is the former king of Avalonia. He was not always a member of the Royal Family, however. Before he became King, he was just a young dragon. Born in the plague state, he moved when he was very young. His mother and father worked for King Percival. His mother, a military consultant, and his father, a royal knight. Vanta grew up around, and even in, the castle.
Vanta met his mate, Victoria, on the training grounds. He was messing around with his friends when saw the Crown Princess suiting up for training. He was instantly in love, and spent the whole summer with her. When they started dating, he was a fan favourite for future king, and when it happened, the whole country was ecstatic. Vanta was very angry and sporadic when he was younger, but once he got older and met Queen Victoria, she straightened him out into the even-tempered, cool King he is now. Every once and a while he loses his temper, but it's never at his family or anyone else. As Former King, Vanta is not required to hold a job, but in order to hold on to a bit of normalcy, Vanta works about 15-20 jobs per year. Not quite the norm, but it keeps him sane. His favourites include trainer, schoolteacher, and shop worker. He is seen as a celebrity, as all royal family members are, so whenever he goes out to do normal citizen things, he is flocked by fans and paparazzi. Vanta enjoys spending time with his family, going out in the coliseum, and travelling. He took a trip with Queen Victoria to her home state, and said that it changed his views on how to deal with the less fortunate citizens. As a royal state boy, he was never exposed to the different classes. He tries to keep order and fairness in his kingdom. When it was time for him and Queen Victoria to step down, they went gracefully, making room for his son, King Victor.
