We only know a couple things about him and literally everything in the bio above is just personal interpretation of his character.

is this sprite you find in a weird super rare instance that disappears once you leave the room even him???? we don't know! why did i have to become attached to a character thats mentioned like three times and is weirdly meta with all the stuff we know about him and--

also this npc disappears and u can never see them again unless u happen across the 1 in 100 random chance. and when u try to call, the phone just straight up doesn't work (which is Very Unusual because everywhere else the phone works)

in conclusion: i'm obsessed with this weird seemingly dummied-out character/glitch wHATEVER the heck is up with him and every single time he's mentioned i completely lose my marbles and go feral
