In a swamp near the border of the water flight, Voiken enjoys the pleasures of living alone. She catches fishes for her meal, and sometimes trades the excess with the clan of the Dead Stag in order to acquire what she can’t find or craft by herself. She has some friends in this clan, but she doesn't like to be with other dragons for a too long time. She likes to encourage the gossips who described her as a terrible witch or a swamp monster, but the fact is that she is just a calm and kind introverted girl. Sometimes, travelers come to her shelter in order to have one of the predictions she can make reading in the fish's guts, sometimes they are just lost in the swamp. In both cases, she nicely helps them.

Voiken’s biggest wish is to have plenty of descendents. There was always someone to tell her that she was one of the heirs of a great lineage, and that this lineage must persist after her. However she never wanted to hear those speeches making her a simple link between the past and the future génerations of her lineage, she couldn’t ever make this little voice in her head telling that she shall breed, breed and breed again. Even retreating in the more desolate swamp of Sornieth didn’t help her to outpass this feeling.

That’s why, when she encounters a male dragon, she always asks them to give her a nest. Then she raises her hatchlings and sends them to discover the world spreading their genes.
