Orphaned at an early age, StormRunner knew what it was like to be without a home. He traveled from clan to clan, but none really seemed to be the right fit, or they weren’t looking for new members. For a while, it seemed as though he would never find a place to call home, and StormRunner almost gave up, resigned to a life alone. But then, one day, he met an imperial named Aoi. The two hit it off right away, almost as if they had been companions their entire lives. Suddenly, StormRunner had hope again. Aoi helped him believe in himself and gave him a sense of belonging that had been absent in his life… until now. After making a formal request to the leaders of her clan, StormRunner was allowed to join and for the first time in his life, he knew he was home.
