The only child of Dayspring and Tourmaline to inherit his parent's gembond affliction. Dayspring treated him well, but the dragons he grew up around were not as friendly. Dayspring often talked to Moonstone about how lucky it was to have this natural armour, but he only felt shame when around his peers. The weight of his gembond forces him to be landbound, and further ridiculed by other dragons. "A Wind dragon who can't fly!" they would crow. Moonstone is determined to develop Wind magic to prove them wrong, and experience the thrill of flying for himself.
