"Happy, Happy Halloween!"
This gal was pretty much obsessed with the human holiday 'Halloween'.
She loved the idea of driving spirits away and dressing up to do so.
Though, later on, when she died of an unknown cause, she wasn't just a fan of Halloween anymore.
She became a part of it.
She was 'cursed' to be one of the spirits of Halloween, always appearing when it became of trick or treating time... yet she lived up to the saying "Trick Or Treat".
If the person she was asking for candy suddenly becomes mean, or slams the door on her, or plain on just doesn't give her candy, she'll play a trick. Sometimes the tricks are short term like typing a house with toilet paper, but sometimes they're long term. Those long term pranks can range from having a best friend turn on you suddenly, have a weird 'bad luck' moment, or have a sudden downfall in success.
Who knows, maybe if you give her candy she'll bring you good luck?
Either you get the luck of Hallow, or the curse of Eve. Hence her new name.

A few random facts about Holloweve
She keeps her pearl at the bottom of her Halloween basket.
Loves Halloween even though she's 'cursed' to be a spirit of it.
After death, her ghost tertiary appeared.
She's a sucker for chocolate and pumpkin pie.
Likes eating crunchy leaves for some reason.
