Biography

One of the clan's psychopomps, she guides the rituals to exalt used up military recruits to the Shadowbinder. A cousin and childhood friend of Enyara, she was always close to the main royal household. Her marriage to Amethyst was arranged just before he ascended to the rank of General, to legitimise his position in the clan while being a Nature dragon. While they appear at official functions together and have raised hatchlings to keep up appearances, they are rarely found in each other’s company outside of that. She mistrusts both Amethyst and his sister Onyx; Amethyst due to his secrecy, and Onyx due to how absent-minded Enyara seems to be after every visit. While she accepts her place in the clan, she finds herself frustrated and scared much of the time. Buried in the darkest parts of her mind, she knows something is deeply wrong with the state of both the clan and her best friend, but is too afraid to let herself confront these thoughts.
