Uh-oh, looks like this polite Snapper wandered a little too far from his home lair (Zikul, 12962), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, the rest hub if you don't want a traveler in return, the game dragon swap, or the LOST swap thread.

As a member of The Herd, Winslow had a sense - he could tell whether others were members of the Herd, too. Something innate whispered to him, informed him whether there were others like him - special, telekinetic.

His heart sank as he greeted the clan he'd found in the Shifting Expanse. As a member of the Lightning Herd, he had hoped to find others like himself here. But none of these dragons were of the Herd.

And they'd never heard of it. They took in a fair number of travelers, and offered him a warm place to stay, but he felt the need to move on. After a quick meal, he bade them farewell and trudged off into the dunes.



He trudged on and on and on... his days blended together, the clans he visited hardly sticking out in his memory... until one day he came to a place so full of bright light he was nearly blinded. Under the flooding sunbeams was a cheerful inn, whose residents were happy to accommodate him.

It was an adjustment, after all his monotonous plodding, but not an unpleasant one. And he found a few members of the Shadow Herd among the clan's residents! Even better, he was able to pass on his lineage... to a sole son, alas.

He was disappointed in himself and soon that discontent turned to restlessness. As pleasant a change of pace the Sunbeam Lanternhouse had been, he decided it was time to move on.



Winslow found a bit of warmth and good food and company on the outskirts of a Plague territory. The wildclaw that found him steadily making his way deeper into the territory steered him away and warned him off of continuing. After staying some time with the dragons in the outskirts, trading stories and recipes, Winslow found it was time to move on.



On his return to Crow Callers, Winslow met a dragon named Dowdy who he quickly became friends with. The two of them decided to travel to their next location together afterwards.



While traveling the ice plains, Winslow encountered a clan of dragons searching for their next location, and decided to travel with them until they found a place to settle.
