"The discovery of Virada came from numerous casualty reports over several decades. Although my fellow researchers understood we were dealing with a new Ra demon fairly early, many lives were lost in the attempts to understand Virada's summoning requirements. My fellow scholars and I rushed to spread word on her peculiarities, and the rate of injury in relation to Virada's summonings has greatly decreased in recent years. We demonologists consider this one of our greatest accomplishments."

It's speculated among dragon researchers that 'Ra' demons were among the first that Rishmanaos created, a mocking salute to his former mate. The Ra demons are notoriously tricky to summon, in that there are four of them (that are known to dragonkind), and the requirements to summon each one is only slightly varied between them. If a dragon isn't careful, they'll end up quickly biting off more than they can chew and bring the entire quadruplet into Sornieth. Trying to simultaneously command four ancient demons is no task for the faint of heart.

Despite the tricky summoning methods, they're still some of the most commonly attempted summons. All four Ra demons have a devious, yet not overtly malicious, nature and are more willing than some to give over some temporary control for a chance to cause mischief in Sornieth. None of the Ra demons can be convinced to cause widespread destruction. They much prefer hijinks, and non-lethal ones at that. They like to keep their prey around, so they can pull another prank on them later!

There is only one other catch: If a contract isn't made specifically telling her not to, she'll try to bring out Saraka so they can overpower the summoner together.
