Praskovia

-Praskovis is an oracle who has to come to live in Forrestbrush at the insistence of Chrysanthemum. Her eyes and the training she received from her birthplace make her a talented dream seer and magic detector. After having more than a few incidences in the territory, the banescale leader decided they needed someone around who could explain, and perhaps even quell, any more 'surprises' from happening.

-While the Forrestbrush territories aren't the most chaotic she's ever seen, Praskovia can't deny that SOMETHING is going on here. The hatchlings that live here are either left alone or completely surrounded by mana energy. Her aura reading isn't the best yet but she can still tell when a dragon has a 'light' around them

-She's a bit of a 'master-of-one' type oracle. Her dream reading skills are the best around but other properties and skills that arcane users have...she's a bit lacking. She trains and teaches herself every day but as long as nothing big happens (again) she isn't too worried.

-Her new life here is a welcome one. Everyone is nice, her job is pretty straightforward most days, many seek advice and guidance from her. It's nice to be appreciated.

-As far as she's concerned...."The kids are somewhat alright."
