about a thread away from total insanity.

SPECTRE! my beloved!! she was on the front lines when the Portal just opened, just her, her little troupe, and her squire. unfortunately, her squire was an idiot and thought "i'll just go through the portal and fight these things at the source!" it did NOT go well, he got eaten by the void, and before she could go after him, she got pulled back to sorneith. it didn't stop the Portal from scarring, though!
now she wanders around, looking for something she can't remember, slowly devolving until her instincts are left to "i fear nothing and will rend everything in my path" and "oh i'm a mom too i think do you need a mom? i'm looking for a kid you might be it". she's adopted four kids so far this way and doesn't intend to slow down. she's here bc baby led her here, much to the discomfort and dismay of tea. unfortunately, tea can never kick her out because of the profits she brings in. oh well, she'll live.

designing her outfit was the coolest thing in the world bc it's the perfect mix of "i carry the words of horrors unspeakable", "i was a grizzled, no nonsense warrior in my past life", and "actually im a mom and my kids could do anything they wanted and i would encourage them and protect them with my life".
echo eater armet + feathery fallout + pretty pink head bow is the peak of outfit building and visual comedy and i highly recommend trying it yourself
her name was absentia for a hot second to fit some lyrics that fit and im mad that i don't get to keep them
