Caelina

Astronomer / Moon Priestess

Caelina was born into a a great clan in the Southern Icefields, making her extremely resilient to cold weather and storms. Her hatchday took place on one of the coldest nights the clan could remember having in a long time, but even with a blizzard raging as she crawled out of her egg she looked up at the stars and saw how her family resembled the night sky so perfectly. The dragon has dedicated herself to the stars and moon ever since, believing it would also make her mother proud. She was near a spitting image of her mother, down to the beautiful apparel they wore. She spent a lot of time growing up in the ice with two other hatch mates, who both had very different interests than her when it came to her love for the night. She would practice astrology, telling the both of them their futures, they would chuckle and tell her how stars couldn't reveal what is yet to come. She believed, with all her heart she believed in everything that had to do with the stars, the stories they could tell and the way they impact the world around them.
After her hatch mates decided to leave their home she studied even more, learning astronomy and how the moon had its own importance. All these studies made her realize there was so much more she could learn outside of her own home, it brought her great sadness to leave the life she always knew, but she couldn't fight the passion she had. As she traveled, meeting and learning from any dragon who had knowledge to share she came across a clan of water dragons. They call themselves "Coven Eclipse" a group of dragons who study magic and believe the moon is a goddess in itself. A few days with the clan turned into weeks, which turned into months, falling deeper and deeper in love with the dragons and their way of life, she eventually decided to ask if she too could become apart of it.
