RAVENGER, the FOREST'S FURY
Merletta and Fiendfyre had just started out their clan when they fought against a clan of Nature dragons wanting to make Fiendfyre part of their clan. Filled with unbridled rage, Merletta had lashed out on her own, defending her mate and their first clutch of eggs to the death until the Nature dragon clan scattered, leaving them alone. However, as the sun set, Fiendfyre scented out one last Nature dragon: however, this one was grievously wounded, dying in the bush. Her motherly instincts taking over, Merletta decided to house the dying Nature dragon, tending to her wounds until she got better.
The moment the Nature dragon woke up, Fiendfyre asked the straggler what her name was, and she replied that she didn't want to remember her name, for the name she had been gifted by the Nature clan had been demeaning, belittling her and her family. It was Merletta who had decided that she choose a new name, since the best idea would be for the Coatl to join their small clan, and with a smile, the Coatl agreed, taking on a name that honored both Merletta's bird name and protective nature: Ravenger, a portmanteau of raven and avenger.
Ravenger soon turned out to be one of the most fearsome of the clan's dragons, and soon, she chose her title: the Forest's Fury.
