Biography
Cecillia was born as Cecil but never quite felt comfortable in his skin. Other dragons often mistook him for a female because of his soft colors, and he went with it more often than not. After a while, he accepted being gender fluid and adopted the name Cecillia for when he was in a feminine mood.
Despite his soft apearance, he has a very sharp tongue and prickly attitude. He gets offended easily and has a hard time making friends because of it. He yearns to find good friends to build meaningful bonds with, but can't bring himself to approach others and doesn't make the effort to maintain contact.
