Necromancer

Vaazn came to the clan in a deep depression. She spoke to no one at first. The clan was wary, but gave her hospitality in the form of food and permission to sleep in a half-hewn lair. During that time she observed them. After two weeks she admitted to Belgaer that her charge had died--that she had failed to protect her charge. She then pledged herself to the protection of the clan. Though she said that her failure did not commend her to such a task, it was clear from her arcane appearance and her enchanted bracers that whatever took her charge down was more powerful than anything Belgaer could expect his clan to have to face. He accepted her pledge and instructed the clan to welcome her as one of their own. Joining hunts, she soon collected enough animal parts to construct a Nochnyr, which assists her in serving the clan.

She claimed a lair adjacent to Rachoto's in order to benefit from the clan's Dreameater. Their Baku interests her greatly as well and she sometimes asks questions about it.
