The Blind Seer of the End
Pythia is completely unable to see the things and people around him. At least, not in the way that other dragons see. The Skydancer sees constant shifting images of smoke, fog, storm clouds and snow storms dancing across his vision like the Tidelord himself connected his mind to a vein of prophetic magic. The dragons in his visions are fuzzy, dragon-shaped smoke clouds that whip and swirl in relation to the aura they carry.
Pythia calls this peculiar phenomenon "Chaos Sight," and he compares it to dancing images of smoke with no fire. Through this, Pythia is shown things that have been, are and will be. The rise of civilization, and the fall of Dragon kind are all apart of his visions.
He meditates almost constantly, and needs to be told to eat to insure he does not starve. When food is brought to him, you must tell him what you have brought and demand that he eat. This pulls him away from the thoughts and images swirling like a tempest within him and brings him back to the current time.
(Conversations usually go as follows)
"Pythia! I have brought you food and water. You must eat now."
"Huh! What?"
"Eat. Now."
"Which Gods rule? Are any dead?"
"The Tidelord has gone missing some time ago, but none of the Gods have been killed. The Shifting Expanse is being investigated for magical reasons. Now eat."
"Yes. Thank you. May you have all the time you desire, friend."
Another notable thing about this curious dragon is that he is the only one who can perceive Him without an extensive and taxing ritual. The blind Pythia is able to call to Him while surrounded by inky darkness, and he responds with visions and auditory gibberish.
Pythia works closely with his mother concerning Him (who they have named). From what they could gleam so far; Him was once a mortal dragon cursed with an unknown illness that forced Him to eat other dragons. This remained a secret until the other dragons he worked with found out, and killed his family thinking they too were ill. Then they executed the poor dragon. Even with this knowledge, Wither cannot help Him find rest because the name of the dragon he once was is lost. It seems that after the incident, his name was scrubbed or scratched off of every since record they have found. He doesn't remember his name either...

(Disclaimer: Pythia is not connected to the Tidelord's disappearance, nor does he have any relation to the Tidelord. The mentioning of the Tidelord is only to provide an example for the prophetic abilities that Pythia has. The reason he has these abilities is as of now, unknown. His mother is very into worshiping the Spiritsearcher, and everything to do with the afterlife. So maybe there is a connection?)
