A Pearlcatcher decorated in gold and copper sits upon the Roshan throne, her crown of antlers and fine jewels held high above those that were so generously welcomed into her home and offered salvation from a savage world. A radiant smile and an outstretched hand, promises of wealth and longevity flicked from her sharp tongue. The great Prophet, the Lightweaver’s chosen receiver of power and giver of prosperity. Those that live within her lands and beneath her rule are given the benefits of the goddess’s blessings, rewarded for their loyalty and dedication to the Light and its values. Prophet is charged with ensuring these values are upheld, instilling laws that are to be followed by the Lightweaver’s true children. Renounce one’s origins, accept the ways of the Light, and be welcomed into Roshan with safety and good fortune. To come to Roshan is to be given life. Breaking or renouncing these rules is challenging the ways of the Light and insulting the great goddess. Prophet is tasked with not only creating these laws but punishing those who fail to live by them. Pray the Pearlcatcher finds mercy should you not meet her expectations, and perhaps she will not find it necessary to take back what she has given.

Her name was lost to time long ago. The dragons of Roshan simply refer to her as the Prophet, a title held with pride by the strange Pearlcatcher. She basks in the riches and power that her temple offers, spending her time perched upon a marble throne and wandering the gardens of bittercress and sunflowers. It is rare that she graces the others with her presence or a few words of blessing, preferring to watch from afar while her guards handle the enforcements. It is best to not get such holy claws dirty.
