Nobody knows where Lynx lived before he joined the Ice Clan of Wafalen, not even Lynx himself. He was found as a small hatchling in the middle of the woods, which was very lucky that he was found that day because the healers of this clan doubted that he would have survived any longer. Cheetah was the one who found him, she was traveling with her guards when she spotted the dragonet. Of course nobody thought she actually saw a hatchling, seeing as she is just a few years older than Lynx himself, until they heard his cries. Cheetah immediately took a liking to the young skydancer, and whenever she would go to visit the Light Clan, she would place him in charge.
Lynx was still a hatchling when he met Rune, a female skydancer in a similar situation as him. As they grew closer he knew he would always want to be around her. Not in a romantic way but as siblings that don't fight at all (Impossible). Lynx was always very very protective of his adopted sister, he doesn't like her wandering off or talking to some of the male dragons. The only time he will let her do what she wants is when he is spending time with Cheetah, his best friend, or Petal, his crush.

When Lynx began his training everybody knew he would be one of the best fighters in the clan, he was a natural! But Lynx always preferred cooking and taking care of the most recent hatchlings and eggs. He still will go train with Cheetah but not as often as he used too. Usually whenever Cheetah goes to visit the Light Clan she will leave him in charge, almost everybody in the clan adores him and thinks that he should be the king along with Cheetah but he prefers to live a more simple life.
