High priest in the Order of the Spirit Flame. Sepp is the right hand man to the order's grandmaster, a mysterious figure who only shows herself to the order's High Council. Sepp acts on her behalf, running errands and organising meetings and events for believers and non-believers alike. He's a highly charismatic guy who commands authority through his manners alone, despite his relatively short stature. Though amiable, every Shadow mystic knows how dangerous he is and avoids any kind of confrontation with him. There are rumours abound about the fates of those who crossed him or the order. Some even speculate that Sepp himself leads the organisation and that the mysterious grandmaster is nothing but a ruse to divert attention away from him. Shadowbinder knows there are plenty of rival mages and sects who would love to know the order's secrets.

Sepp is a friend of sorts of Hellevuur, the gaoler who co-runs Nightside. There seems to be some history between the two, but so far no other dragons know anything about it. Hellevuur lets the tundra and his acolytes use the club's attic for their meetings, as long as they keep the chanting down during performances.
