Nighttime Guard - Caretaker of All

B I O G R A P H Y

Bloodmoon is a very kind and caring Guardian. She generally stands watch at night. Despite not having the most training. she is very motivated, and many of the long-time members know this, and respect her. She hates the way her sister acts, as some new dragons associate the two of them, and assume she is like this too. Her shadow eye and threatening outfit may also scare off some new possible friends.

She is very good at giving therapy and advice to those who need or want it, thus many dragons may come to her for this. She also can watch new hatchlings before they are sent to far off lands and homes, but also protects permanent hatchlings or other young dragons. She is very content with herself, and also loves spending time with her familiar. She also doesn't practice monogamy, at least not yet, because she hasn't found a perfect partner, but nobody really minds.

She has had so many hatchlings be scared of her, intimidated, and then figure out she's super nice and cuddle and clamber all over her. She adores hatchlings, and they adore her (once they figure out she isn't scary and mean).

Review by Hyzenthlaay on their Lore-ium! Bloodmoon certainly looks the part of a dragon whose entire claim to fame is apparently being the “cool” one out of herself and her sister, for better or for worse! Quite literally edgy, Blood appears to be hiding every bit of “light” her sister flashes underneath practical wear - armours, mainly. I like this contrast between the two of them (loathe as she might be for me to spend her review talking about her sister); it really highlights their differences in a way that doesn’t exist solely in their lore. I would like to see more of a middle ground between her and her sister eventually - some cause that they can agree on, or some common interest. But at the risk of overshadowing Bloodmoon’s review with talk of Moonshimmer, I want to draw attention to her gorgeous gembond. I love how every armor piece she has seems to be hiding her “prettier” parts. She’s as withdrawn in outfit as she appears to be in social grace, which is a nice touch.
