Born blind to the physical world, Rowan can only see spirits- mostly the ghosts of the long-dead, sometimes fresher creatures. Rowan has the ability to see through the eyes of nearby spirits, getting brief glimpses of the physical plane through their ghostly visages. He can even look through the eyes of multiple ghosts at once, and with a lot of practice he can use this to his advantage in areas with many ghosts. It is easy to locate hidden items (or people) if there are ghosts around to borrow their eyes.
