Not exactly a runaway, but he left his volcano home cause he got tired of any plant life being covered in ash
He wandered and ended up following a peculiar trail of mushrooms that wouldn’t naturally grow in that pattern, and stumbled into the Runaway Camp
Safe to say he and the clan members were surprised to see each other

They didn’t sense any malice or bad purpose in him, so they let him stay

He just hangs out and acts as a camouflaged guard to prevent any others from accidentally wandering into the camp like he did

Acts as a camouflaged guard for the Runaway Camp. He rly just spends his time sleeping. May or may not be due to the plants sapping his energy. He doesn’t mind either way and he’s awake when he needs to be. As long as his plants are happy, he’s happy.

If he stays in one place for too long (like a week or two) his plants will begin to take root to the actual ground, making it hard for him to get up. So sometimes there are monthly search parties held by the clan to rescue the giant. They use that time when he’s sleeping to dispose of nuisance plants and shrooms thats causing him the most issues. They claim it’s so they still have a guard, but deep down they don’t want him to die. They’ve seen too many dragons die already
