Makai

Skillset:

Like many others like her, Makai has the spirit of the Shade stirring within it. She is able to unleash huge amounts of destructive energy upon opponents should she want to. This ability is controlled purely by her emotions, and Makai is unable to control it consciously. This ability is nearly fatal to most fully-grown dragons, especially to Faes, but it hurts more than it kills. Especially powerful Primals and dragons from a Reincarnation are some of the only dragons that can beat back the energy.

Backstory:

Ever since Makai was born, the only thing anyone knew her by was "Oh! Is that a descendent of Naomi?"

And she was sick of it.

Why did Naomi have to be such a "special snowflake"? Why did she have to be so well-known that everyone knew Makai as her descendent, and not as Makai?

At the same time, Makai could not deny that she felt the spirit of the Shade stirring within her. A bond to her mother that she could not be allowed to forget, and a mark that no one will let her in.

In a fit of rage, she left her original clan to be taken in by the Rainbow Bubble Clan. There, she was offered a Breed Change Scroll and became a Guardian. Her new Charge was her identity, and she protected it happily.
