Lumi

Lumi, whose name means snow in Finnish, is the Ice ambassador for Koticlan. Although a water dragon, he was born in the frigid waters near the Ice flight's domain and washed ashore there shortly after birth. A small ice clan of older dragons took him in and raised him as their own, so Lumi strongly considers himself an ice flight dragon. Upon reaching maturity, and lacking dragons his own age, Lumi left his ice family to start a family of his own. What he found, instead, was a great big family already waiting for him in the Starfall Isles; Clan Koticlan.

One day, a nocturne carrying a crown flew into Lair Koticlan. When Lumi saw him shaking, wide-eyed, and afraid, (which, consequently, reminded him of himself as a child) he decided to take the small nocturne "under his wing" so he would feel at home in his newly found clan. That nocturne is Kuurankukka, and he is constantly seen hanging around Lumi, so much so he is sweetly known in Koticlan as Lumi's "little icicle". Lumi loves and protects Kuura as if he were his own son. Lumi's daughter, Lazulette, also loves Kuura and regards him as her brother.
