Mireskia, the Roses's Thorns
A regal, volatile dragon. The spines lining her back were anchored solidly to her bones, but a trip into a world covered in a mutagenic fog increased their deadliness: with a flick of her tail, or a graceful flourish, she can launch the sharp spines at opponents. The spines are hollowed out and filled with a potent venom that causes an array of effects, from paralysis, to temporary blindness, to a magic-dampening effect that prevents the use of elemental magic so long as the venom circulates within the victim's blood. They grow back at an astounding speed, the smaller spines taking mere minutes to grow back, ready with a fresh load of venom. She is relatively pleasant to speak to, but drawing her ire with asinine remarks or with disregard of her opinion has left many a dragon turned into a pincushion for her signature spines.
