Apollyia is the simultaneous jokester of the Wing Guard as well as the mother figure. She has a wry sense of humor, but the jokes she makes only go so far until someone takes them a bit too seriously. Then it’s mother hen time. She hates seeing her teammates injured, but she’s rather prone to accidents herself. She likes to think of herself as the leader of their heroic motely crew, but even she knows that truth stretches only so far.

She hails from the northern reaches of the Lightweaver’s domain, having travelled in search of something more until she reached the city of New Bright. She found it in the form of an unwilling apprentice, whom is likely the source of the new graying feathers in her tail. And while she might not be the Wing Guard’s leader, she is the one who dragged them all together in the beginning.
