Uh-oh, looks like this stoic, compound-eyed girl wandered a little too far from her home lair (Volrin, #261879), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to her home lair, to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here, or to the hub if you don't want another dragon in return. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful!

Biography:
Candybloo has strange eyes. She feels like that's the only thing other dragons need to know about her, because for most of her life that's all it's taken for them to judge her, fear her, give her a wide berth. She's taken on a cold and stoic personality, sharing little about herself or her personal life, because she's somewhat afraid of the harsh judgment of others. She grew up isolated, and now in her adulthood she has ended up isolating herself.
Candy was born with these strange, gem-like compounded eyes similar to that of a fly or mosquito -- "Faceted eyes," as they were named by the clan medics, who aimed to quell the worrying of her parents. Her eyesight is impeccable, due to the many facets in her vision allowing her to see in much finer detail and get a more vivid view of the world. Some dragons would call her eyes a "mutation" or a "disorder," but really, they have been a great benefit to her.
"Bug Eyes" became like a second name to Candy during her early years, due to the cruelty of the other hatchlings she grew up around. Though her parents were always protective and supportive of her, she could sense their own discomfort and uneasiness towards her appearance as well. It did a real number on the Guardian's self-esteem.
As soon as she was old enough to travel, Candy left the lair that had been so unkind to her and vowed to travel the world, until she found a clan willing to accept her for who she was.
