Personalities Cherry: Cherry is very cheerful and optimistic, and almost never stops smiling. She is always glad to be of assistance to any and all other dragons. Despite faer breed's Plague origins and the fact that she faerself is a Light dragon, she prefers the Arcane territory of the Roselands to any other part of Sornieth. Peacock: Peacock is the slightly more sensible one of the two. Like Cherry, she is very cheery. They feel more pulled towards the Light Flight, where she was born, but they understand the sacrifices that must be made sometimes, for family and for friends. Lore snippet
This is set soon after Aberrations were added, while The Roselands were still in Light territory
Peacock flicked her tail, glancing at Cherry in annoyance. "We've been sitting here the past half an hour, and nothing's happened."
Cherry grinned. "No, I definitely saw something. Some really small dragon - about twice the size of a Veilspun, maybe."
"Are you sure it wasn't just a Harpy or something? They're pretty small."
"Nah, this dragon was definitely bigger. About a fifth of our size, but still bigger than a Harpy."Peaco
Peacock sighed in annoyance once more, dedicating themself to identifying as many species of flower as she could. Though typically they had interests in common with her other head, their patience was wearing thin.
"There!"
Peacock lifted her head at the sudden cry, spotting a small dragon going to drink at the river. "Should we...go and talk to them?"
Cherry nodded vigourously. "How come I never thought of that?"
The two came crashing through the bushes. We're an uncoordinated mess. And someone keeps stamping on our tails, Peacock thought. But they tried not to let it bother her.
"I'm Cherry and this is Peacock! But you can call us Peach for short! And I use she/fae pronouns and she uses she/they pronouns, but if you want to refer to us together just she/her is fine!"
The other dragon looked at the Aberration, face entirely blank, though their frills were displaying an alarming amount of activity."
"What in the Lightweaver's name are you?" Their voice, also, was entirely flat."
"We're an Aberration dragon! Haven't you heard of them?"
"Does the...does the other one talk, too?"
Peacock smiled in what they hoped was a reassuring way, though she doubted the fangs were helping. "Of course I do! What's your name and pronouns?"
Seemingly calmer now, the dragon responded: "My name is Lux and my pronouns are he/him." He paused. "By the way, if you need anywhere to stay...my clan is nearby."
