Somewhere in the Shifting Expanse, a team of researchers kinda messed up terribly and sort of spliced dragon DNA with frog DNA. The resulting hatchling was dumped, together with other failed tech, and was raised by the frogs of the forest to be more of a frog than a dragon. She collects everything that gets dumped in the swamp, including her cool tech paws.
