He walks in during funerals, head down eyes forward. A plate of food before the body is set out for him. Whispers are heard in his head, and the mourning dragons in the room keep quiet.

The body lay draped in a cloth, the food still hot with steam rising. Siarl begins to munch and wisps appear slowly around the corpse. Each bite a wisp forms until a mass of floating lights surround him with a finished platter. His head rises and takes in a deep breath. The wisps enter his slightly open maw within seconds. The deed is done. He breathes out then takes his leave. The body is ready for burial, the sins are gone.

Siarl the sin-eater has finished yet another meal.
