There are more things to life than power and infamy, but Khadiyah doesn't know them to be worth pursuing. She is prideful, arrogant and desires only the strongest and most powerful lineage. She is hardened by life near the Wyrmwound, and won't soon take 'No' for an answer. She never found a match that could please her, until she met Silas. Their attraction to eachother was immediate and intense.

His bloodline is infamous, his power tremendous and thus he is the perfect mate for her. His temperament and attitude matches hers, with the added bonus of the power of his blood. Their brood will terrify even the most heinous inhabitants of the Scarred Wasteland.

Khadiyah is a harsh, demanding parent, expecting nothing but the best from her children. She dotes on those who excell, but any that fall behind are quickly disregarded. She's determined to build a lasting legacy, and will not abide weakness. Khadiyah lets Silas fuss over their failed brood, because she needs her time to focus on the children that are actually worthy of her wisdom.

Inciting the need for rebellion in Silas, she hopes for him to become independent of Sanguine and come with her, to build their own clan that will eventually rule the wasteland. She adores Silas in her own twisted way, but she has much greater ambitions than to live in a clan controlled by another.
