A harsh yet fair dragon, Peklenc is the god of the underground and a divine judge. Reborn into the world of Sornieth, he and his basilisk companion watch the beings of this world, inquisitive about the rights and wrongs of the land. Instead of punishing those he deems fit, he turns away from the situation, understanding that customs here may not be the same as those on earth. Besides, he wouldn’t want to invoke the wrath of the reigning deities.
