HISTORY
Bede was considered a 'black sheep' as he was shamed away from his parents. Living on his own, he met Gloria before officially moving into the Kuroba clan. Living on his own, he lived within the Arcane territories; having a sense of the psychic and fairy types that live among there. After being adopted to another clan within Arcane; he was soon to be discarded as he found Gloria once again.
Yes, Bede was a jerk when they first chatted; but after a position opened up to become a fairy gym leader (and somewhat forced to do it too), his personality softened as he was offered a home within the Hidden Clovers. Bede does tend to have his 'jerkish' times, but he's considerably chill compared to before.
Gloria did introduce him to Gold; having Bede consider him as a friend, but more as a friend of a friend. He isn't friends with the two Cinderaces, for the simple fact that they were a fire type and partners of Gloria who he still considers a rival and friend at the same time.

Bede was raised in the Arcane territory as he now lives deep in the Tangled Woods. He tends to hang around all of the fairies and psychics within the forest. He does hang around the Keepers and the Protectors who don't go out to the Beastclan territory; mainly the Vania twins as he enjoys their company.

FRIENDS
The only way that people befriend Bede is to know him or to be used to him being a jerk before he warms up to you. He's mostly in his Gym Uniform, rather than his casual wear as members of the clan sees him in the casual jacket as they don't mind it one bit. Gold is his first friend of friends as he isn't well acquainted with the Jhotoian.
