General consensus of the clan is that while ghosts do exist, the odd of them encountering one is very low. The odds of one actually haunting the clan is about as likely as the moon disappearing. Until Celestin decided to stay, he's not a ghost, probably. Right? Though he does seem to give off a icy chill, never make a sound, always has a eerie stare, and never speaks above a whisper. But that's probably just because he's already a little odd, because honestly who's ever heard of a rainbow pastel ghost pirate? The icy chill is probably just ambient magic due to his ice heritage. As for the rest of the odd quirks, they are a personal fashion choice or something. Also, why is he so sparkly...
