That doesn’t sound like a good use of the clan’s coin.

The first ice dragon in the clan, Jeordwyn was one of the earliest members of the clan not including the clan leaders and their children. His birth clan was one that Andais had visited while on her travels and when he decided to set out into the world on his own he decided that he liked the area in spite of the fact that both his element and his breed (He was a tundra at the time) made the heat interesting at times. Analytically minded he pursued the position of treasurer for the clan in order to make the most of what the clan had. At the same time, pursued the clan leader's eldest daughter saving his own personal coin to purchase useful gifts for her when he had enough. He made no secret of his courtship and after a great deal of time he convinced her to start a relationship with him. To this day many claim it is the most any one has ever seen him smile.

Jeordwyn has worked hard to put the clan in a profitable position. This included scrapping with the clan members who thought that buying the latest gadget was an acceptable use of funds even when it wasn't particularly beneficial to the clan. In spite of the clan's success he's still has strict with giving out funds for the clan and he requires more paperwork than ever to make sure that large purchases are not made frivolously. He has delegated the hoard management off to Olayinka when he was given charge of managing all of the clan resources and not just it hoard. He has managed to amass a small fortune by making careful investments into small businesses that have started up in the Sanctuary, including a popular bar and the bank he started with a couple of other financially minded clan members. He has discovered a love for fine well made clothing but he is still more likely to dip into his private finances to buy new traveling clothing for Conachanne or fresh flowers from Xiamara's ice acclimatized greenhouses for their dwelling.

Personality & Relationships: Jeordwyn is strict and rule oriented. He is deeply devoted to his mate Conachanne and warms up significantly around his mate and some of his long time co workers. It may take quite a while for him to get truly angry once he does it is quite the explosion. He's thrifty minded but does take a certain pride in his profession and how he presents himself.

He's considered quite the miser and a snob.

It's grudgingly acknowledged that he has yet to make a mistake when deciding the value of a large clan purchase.

He does donate to less fortunate dragons in the clan out of his personal finances and refuses to talk about it.

Rorik's invention of a technological temperature adjuster (read: thermostat) has made life easier for him especially when his own magic decides to be uncooperative.

He is willing to help with the paperwork if asked on his free time.

He will suspend requests from an individual for 6 months if they lie on their paperwork and they have to provide a letter of recommendation from someone who can confirm the use of the purchase.

There are no third chance. Lie on your paperwork twice and someone else will have to order every major purchase for you.
