WINSTON is one of two dragons responsible for the Creosote County Tourism Board. Are there others? No one's sure. No one ever asks.

Point of fact, no one ever really asked for a Tourism Board, for the County or otherwise. Winston just kind of started giving tours one day to anyone who would pay them any kind of mind, and, before long, they'd renovated some ramshackle abode in the middle of town into an honestly charming informational booth and welcome center, complete with a cheerfully painted sign advising everyone to CEEP COOL IN THE COUNTY.

Winston is probably the one dragon in the town who knows everything there is to know about the town. For this reason, they're kept well in coin by the resident powers that be -- chiefly Lemon and Harling -- in exchange for keeping their mouth shut about certain matters. There's a list, one which Winston has dutifully memorised and then destroyed. You know, for security's sake.

For their part, Winston has no truly insidious designs on anyone or anything, secret or not. In reality, they just genuinely enjoy showing visitors around town, talking a mile a minute in their high, saccharine-sweet drawl about town history, local trivia, and the best places in Biskbrill to buy wine from. (Hint: It's wherever the price is lowest.) They're especially fussy about safety, and are seldom seen within spitting distance of the shadier parts of town -- at least not with a tour group in tow, anyway.

IMPRESSIONS
Large rosy eyes set in a wholly credulous face. This one would be an easy enough mark if not for the way everyone seems to know -- and like -- them. You can't follow this one ten steps without a greeting going to this or that passerby. All that filigree and gold seems like it ought to weigh them down, but they bounce along on long, baby-bird-esque legs like they don't weigh anything at all.

QUESTS
That's A Rosé (primary): After Winston's tour, you may access a wine merchant's stall in Biskbrill selling a vintage of which Winston spoke highly. Acquire a bottle (the means are up to you) and present it to Winston for a reward (Special Item: Winston's Wonderful Wing Wrappies and 15 grist points).
Much Ado About Nothing (secondary): Mixie's misplaced their favourite fashion magazine and no one's heard the end of it for days. Locate the magazine and return it to Winston for 5 grist points and Perk: Skin To Win, which doubles the defense rating of any full-body apparel item, no matter how ludicrous it is.

RELATIONSHIPS
MIXIE is Winston's life partner, so far as anybody can tell. The two are rarely seen apart, except when Winston is running tours and Mixie's left to keep an eye on Tourism Board HQ. Their relationship is largely amicable, fraught only with the expected number of bizarre blow-ups for two strong personalities.
CLINOCHLORE is "not nice," according to Winston, but only whenever the tundra isn't around to hear them. Winston does their level best to spend only the amount of time that's necessary around Clinochlore. This may have something to do with Clinochlore's propensity for "putting a teensy spin" on reality.
